The following is information provided for renters that should be reviewed prior / upon arrival to the home. This house is brand new as of 2019, so please treat carefully.

Great detail and expense has gone into the planning and development of this beautiful home. Please contact your rental agent if you have any questions!
Important Note:
Our home and everything inside it, is new. Please use provided coasters. If anything gets stained, please do not attempt to remove it (just pat it dry with a damp cloth) because the fabric protector it has must be cleaned in a certain way. Please notify your rental agent immediately so cleaning can be arranged. Please do not sit on indoor furniture in wet clothes/bathing suits. The chemicals will discolor the fabric.
- Upon arrival, please do an inspection of the property and notify your rental agent immediately of any damages or issues.
- Please do not rearrange furniture! If damage occurs to furniture, walls, etc. you will be held responsible. Please do not bring outside furniture inside or vise versa.
- Please utilize the outside shower when returning from the beach. This helps keep sand inside the house to a minimum.
Parking
The driveway can hold up to 4 cars. The entirety of your vehicle must be in the driveway as Robinsons Drive is a busy street with many passing cars.
WiFi
Wireless internet is available within the house as well as on the porch and around the pool deck.

Trash
Garbage can be put out to the curb Sunday evenings or early Monday mornings –(actual trash pickup is early Monday mornings). Please bring the cans back to the side of the house after pickup by 9pm on Monday. Please properly bag your garbage and put in trash cans located on the side of the house to the left of the driveway in the fenced-in corral area.
Recycling comes every other Monday. If you are here during a recycling pickup, please also put the recycling bin out with the garbage bin. The dates for recycling pickup are as follows:

Sonos Home Sound System
This home is equipped with a Sonos home sound system. The available listening areas are the basement, kitchen, living room and screened-in porch. Please be mindful about the volume of music on the porch and music cannot be played on the porch after 10pm, neighbors will not hesitate to call the police!
Instructions for using the Sonos system are as follows:
- Make sure your phone is connected to the home’s wifi
- Download the free Sonos app
- If you are on the home’s wifi network, the Sonos system will automatically be connected to your phone
- Tap the Rooms tab
- Tap Group and select the rooms you want to add and tap “Done.” If you want to group all of the rooms tap “Everywhere.”
- Choose which music to play in the selected rooms.
- Sonos can only be used on smart phones, tablets or computers connected to the home’s wifi
- Different music can be played in different rooms using different groupings
- Adjusting the volume is done on the app
- Several different phones can be connected at the same time, the most recently used phone will override the others

- If using Spotify, it is easier to play music through the Spotify app
Pool
The pool light switch is located in the gated corral to the left of the porch, please turn off the pool light after 10pm. Please do not change the any of the pool settings, including the pool heating apparatus.
- Pool is cleaners come on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- An individual may stop by to put in and remove the pool cleaning robot. Please do not touch or remove the pool cleaning robot, it is very expensive.
TVs
Every TV in the home is a Smart TV. Use the separate Samsung remote to use the Smart TV’s functions (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Prime) by clicking the button on the remote that looks like a home. Please do not change the mode on the TV. To access the regular TV, exit out of the Smart TV’s functioning on the Samsung remote, then use the Xfinity remote for regular TV programming.
- The TV will stay logged into your Netflix/Hulu accounts unless you log out. At the end of your stay please log out of any accounts, similarly, if the previous renters forgot to log out of their accounts, please kindly do so for them J
- Each TV has 2 remotes, do not switch them with other TVs or move them out of the room.
Security System
Please do not touch or use the security system. When leaving please make sure windows are closed and doors are locked. Use provided key for entrance/exit.
Heating and Air Conditioning
The thermostats are located on the first floor and second floor hallway. Please make sure the fan is on auto.
Grill
The grill is a propane grill, if propane is out or low, please contact your rental agent to refill.
Locked Doors and Off-limits areas
- Locked doors are locked for a reason, please do not attempt to tamper with locks.
- The attic is unfinished and not safe to go into. Please do not attempt to go into attic.
Kitchen Appliances
- Dishwasher: Choose the dishwasher mode and tap the “Power” button. If the dishwasher is not closed within 3 seconds, the wash cycle will not start and you will have to repeat this process. A second dishwasher is located in the basement.
- Microwave:The microwave is a drawer-style microwave. PLEASE use the open/close buttons on the microwave to open and close! Do not push or pull on it!
- Coffee Makers: There are both a Keurig and a pot-style coffee pot provided. Upon leaving, please make sure you have removed coffee pods.
Checking-out check list:
Things to remember as you are checking out:
- Remove all food from the refrigerator and all trash from the house.
- Run dishwasher and put clean dishes and utensils away.
- Grill must be cleaned.
- Leave furniture arranged properly.
- Check drawers and closets for personal items.
- Return all remote controls to TVs.
- Set thermostat at 72 degrees (cool-summer) and 68 degrees (heat-winter) with fan in auto mode.
- Return the keys to Mann and Sons (we do not want to charge you for it).
- Close windows and lock doors when leaving.
- When leaving, please place your garbage in the trash cans.

GENERAL RULES and QUIETTIME GUIDELINES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM
Rehoboth Beach is a beautiful quaint community which welcomes those who visit a memorable and positive experience. Both the owners and rental agents are committed to our community to ensure that reasonable responsible behavior is met while visiting our community. As community partners we wish to inform you that the below rules are being enforced and monitored:
GENERAL RULES
- While inside or outside of the home including all common areas, pool decks, porches, and driveways, your noise level must be controlled to a respectable level at all times while at the home.
- Each home has a stated occupancy in accordance with the lease. Please respect this. You are not allowed at any time to exceed the stated occupancy either inside or outside the home.
SWIMMING POOL CODE OF CONDUCT
- Swimming pool hours of use will be permitted from 9:00am – 10:00pm daily.
- Pool lights must be off at 10:00pm daily.
- No glass allowed in the pool area.
- If you hear any loud noises coming from any outside equipment (Pool equipment, etc.) please contact rental agent immediately.
- While in the swimming pool all audible noise must be controlled at a respectable level not to infringe on our neighbors whom may live next to you or nearby.
- Swim at your own risk! NO DIVING or NO HORSEPLAY permitted at any time.
Please review these General Rules and Quiet Time Guidelines with all individuals in your rental party. lt is the responsibility of all adults to ensure that children are aware of these guidelines. We wish you a most enjoyable visit and hope that you will respect our community while you are here.
